SEARCHING :

You can search for garments in a CHOOSE CATEGORY in Menu. Within a category you may include an additional criteria for garments within a specified 'search by price' & 'search by color'.

Search results are displayed in a new page in the form of thumbnail images.

The category of the catalogue you are searching is displayed at the top of the page along with the total number of Garments that match the specified searching criteria. Twelve garments are showed per page; more garments can be viewed by moving to the next pages by clicking on the page numbers.

ADDING GARMENTS TO SHOPPING CART:

When you are ready, click on "Add to Cart " to add the garment to your shopping Cart. 

You can add as many garments as you like to the shopping cart; the number of items currently in the shopping cart is displayed in the top center of your screen.

(Added garments can be deleted or update at a later point from the shopping cart in case you do not wish to buy them).

FINALIZING YOUR ORDER:


You can delete garments you do not wish to purchase by checking the corresponding remove button.

The Shopping cart will reflect the change made and displays the new 'Total price'.you can do uptation in your order.

After bill genration & ending process click on the "Secure checkout" button.

PERSONAL DETAILS:

In order to process your order we need your personal details and shipping address.If you are a new customer, please register your personal details through a simple form presented to you. (You will be able to log in to the site in the future using the registered e-mail ID and password.)

You also need to fill in your shipping address if you want the garments delivered at an address other than your registered address.

Your complete shopping satisfaction is our No.1 priority. We want you happy each and every time you buy from us. However if due to some unforeseen situation you are not happy with the product then the following terms apply for a mutually consented resolution consented of the situation.

We do our best to make sure you never need to use this policy. But still for theory purpose here it is:-

   1.  We believe our customers understand that even if they get something custom tailored locally, multiple sessions of trail and alterations are needed before the desired fit, pattern & look can be created. That is why we cannot guarantee a 100% that fitting will be perfect. We will not be responsible for any make to measure garments, as fitting preferences differ from person to person.
   2. We are afraid we will not able to take back the garment as its made to measure service & the garment will have been made as per your specifications. In the case of wrongly altered we will do free alterations & modifications, customer will bear “TO” shipping charges and we will bear fro shipping charges. No refund can be issued under any circumstances. Your statutory rights are not affected.
   3. We reserve the right to determine whether the goods have been damaged, wrongly altered/stitched or used.
   4. There is a possibility that two outfits alter for same customer with same measurement may not give same fitting. This may be due to nature of fabric & also that different designer use different silhouette of fitting.
   5. We believe that customers who are ordering items with sequence & other beaded embroidery are aware of the fact that this shining embroidery has a tendency to come off. Even with the best of handling & care this cannot be avoided altogether. Many a times it may happen that you open a box & find some pieces falling down on the floor or you wear the dress & in a few hours you might loose some of them. Don’t panic or overreact because if you look with a magnifying glass at any such dresses/sarees worn by others, you will most certainly find some pieces missing or almost at a state of falling down.
   6. A customer must place and order keeping in mind this minor variation in color seen on monitor will be slightly different as compared to the actual outfits. It is practically impossible to replicate the same colors on an outfit as seen on your monitor. A variation in the shade selected by you is considered as a normal practice as these garments have a tendency to reflect different shades of a color under different light and weather.
   7. Our garments are completely hand made using complex procedure of weaving, dyeing, printing, surface ornamentation & stitching. Irregularities within product style might arises which adds to their inherent uniqueness. Owing to complex procedures of natural over dyeing and surface treatments some colors might run and some fabric might shrink.
   8. We will try to give the ordered outfit in time given to you as delivery date. But under unavoidable circumstances there might be delay in delivery of outfit as the process of making outfit goes through many complex procedures from sketching, dyeing, pattern cutting, embroidery, surface orientation, stitching, finishing, polishing and others. We request our customers to bear with us in any such situation.
   9. In case of multiple goods being ordered, if the delivery is not possible for certain items, customers will be requested to select alternate items or if no alternate selection is desired by customer then she can cancel the non delivered goods.
   10. All transactions will be subjected to Surat jurisdiction only.
